This brand is based out of Beverly Hills, California. After trying out these liquid lipsticks for a while, I must say I am quite impressed with the quality of these products. They have a good selection of shade range. My Experience with Jouer Cosmetics Cassis Long-Wear Lip Creme Liquid Lipstick: Jouer liquid lipsticks come packaged in sleek looking, sophisticated clear plastic tubes (which look like glass). One side of the lipstick has a groove. Also, all her makeup products connect to one another, so for example if you purchase blush, highlighter or eyeshadows, then you can connect all the things together. It is a very unique concept. The applicator is a short fluffy doe-foot applicator, which is perfect to get into the corners for precise application.
