Indian Keto Diet Plan for Weight Loss

Keto diet plan is recently a super hit diet for all those who are willing to shed a few kilos. It allows you to indulge in good food and lose weight at the same time. However, most diet plans consists of fancy food items that are not easily available in India. In this post, I will tell you about an awesome Indian Keto diet plan that will allow you to lose weight with desi food. This plan also has choices for vegetarians. Try to follow this one month plan and you will be amazed to see the changes.
Week 1
Choose among the multiple options provided in each category.
Breakfast
? Cheese pakora fried in coconut oil or peanut oil.
? Cheesy egg omlette (use 2 eggs) with lots of cheese and cook it in butter.
? Cheesy scrambled egg with lots of capsicum (cooked in olive oil and butter).
? Grilled tofu with olive oil dressing and strawberry smoothie.
Lunch
? Vegetable salad with spinach, capsicum, mushrooms, stir fried in olive oil and butter. Non-vegetarians can add chicken or eggs to it. If it is just vegetables, top it with lots of cheese.
? Cream of palak soup with stir fried mushrooms/ broccoli/ sweet corn.
? Cauliflower curry in coconut milk and coconut oil.
Snacks
? Upma or poha.
Dinner
? Baked spinach with cheese and cream.
? lemon chicken soup.
? Paneer pakora fried in peanut oil.
? Stir fried mutton.
? Cabbage salad.
? Spinach soup with paneer.
