My Experience with Etude House DIY Moistfull Collagen Facial Toner: I love to slather my face with face mist and skin toners, especially those by the Korean brands. That is why face toners make a huge part of my Korean skin care haul. Toners and mists instantly add hydration to dry skin and prep it for further skin care and subsequent makeup application. Toner should be used right after cleansing and face wash. It is best to apply it before water on the skin dries out completely and give a stretchy feel to skin.
