This article is a review of a moisturizing, collagen toner by Etude House. It has a very unique consistency. It is thick and viscous unlike the usual toners which have a watery consistency. My Experience with Etude House DIY Moistfull Collagen Facial Toner: I love to slather my face with face mist and skin toners, especially those by the Korean brands. That is why face toners make a huge part of my Korean skin care haul. Toners and mists instantly add hydration to dry skin and prep it for further skin care and subsequent makeup application. Toner should be used right after cleansing and face wash. It is best to apply it before water on the skin dries out completely and give a stretchy feel to skin.
The product comes in a clear, plastic bottle with an orange cap on top. Packaging is a big let-down because, the opening dispenses a lot of product at a time and causes a lot of spillage. I wish it had a smaller opening or a spray nozzle or something t...
