This is a potent drink for detoxing your system and quick weight loss. You can even strain the juice and consume it on empty stomach to see marvelous results in a week.
Ingredients required: 1 cucumber, 4 celery stalks, 2 apples, 5-8 kale leaves, 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, lemon juice. Make a smoothie with all these ingredients. Strain the juice if you don?t favor the heavy smoothie.
2. Spinach-Ginger Smoothie for faster weight loss:
This drink is loaded with antioxidants. It reduces bloating and aids in upping your metabolism rate. Consume daily before or with breakfast to boost basal metabolism and lose pounds.
Ingredients required:  2 apples, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 peeled avocado, 2 cup freshly chopped spinach, few mint leaves, 2 tsp. grated ginger. Add all these ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth thick liquid is formed. Dilute with water. Consume daily.
