In today?s post, I?m going to throw light upon one of the most common skin concerns that affects a wide range of age groups. The skin condition that I?m talking about is “acne.” Acne affects different people differently, resulting in various types of pimples and breakouts that seem to flare up as a result of certain changes and habits. The tricky thing about acne is that it is very hard to identify what?s causing recurrent pimples and breakouts. It could be a variety of reasons like a poor diet, lack of exercise, makeup products, inappropriate skincare routine, hormonal changes, etc. In this post, I am going to talk about a host of changes you can make and precautions you can take to prevent recurrent pimples and breakouts.
Here are some simple changes you can adopt to prevent pimples and breakouts:
1. Eat a clean diet: You are what you eat, and a clear sign of that is often the acne that you suffer from. Cut out the excess sugars, oils and processed foods from your diet, and eat as clean and healthily as possible.
2. Stay hydrated: Staying adequately hydrated is non-negotiable. Drink plenty of water through the day. You could also switch this up with lemonade with honey, fruit-infused water or coconut water, if you find it difficult to drink plain water.
