As you know I’m a fond fan of MAC Shadescents Velvet Teddy and it a perfect dupe for Tobacco Vanille but I can do you one even better.

Tobacco Vanille is not my standard fragrance of choice. I don’t love Tom Ford fragrances. They are a bit too deep and rich for my blood. I love gourmands, certain sweet complex florals, and of course, you’re normal round of fruity sweet scents but Tom Ford is truly none of these things. His scents are quite different and unique. I purchased a few of his items at Duty Free a year or so ago and suddenly, I became a fan. Why this happened I have no idea as I’ve avoided in fragrances for ages but now I’m a convert and really enjoy some of his stuff.
Tobacco Vanille is one that I hated at first sniff and even felt a little woozy from it. But after wearing it and allowing it time to settle on my skin I realized I really loved it. It starts out as a dirty vanilla but as it dries down it becomes a warm, cozy blend. Since MAC and Tom Ford are sister brands it comes as no great surprise that Velvet Teddy turned into a dupe of sorts for Tobacco Vanille. Velvet Teddy is 1.7 oz in size and $59 but if you want to go a little cheaper and a little larger allow me to introduce you to Reminiscence Paris Tonka Eau de Toilette.
