Yesterday Too Faced Glow Job Radiance-Boosting Glitter Face Mask popped up on the brand’s website after several weeks of social media build up and I turned my nose up and scoffed at the ridiculous name and the general idea of a glittery face mask.
Glow Job, blow job, please stop with the “shocking” names. I fail so hard at adulting most days but honestly, the try hard “risque” names are so ridiculous sometimes even my inner teenage boy fails to drum up a smirk in response. I mean really, there marketing on the mask is “give yourself a glow job!” I swear I thought of that old rumor about Freddy Mercury having two ribs removed. Yes, my mind went there.
Needless to say this mask is ridiculous. It appears to contain actual cosmetic glitter which can’t be good for slathering all over your skin. But hey, who knows!" Maybe glitter actually has some sort of powerful brightening powers that I don’t know about. And I’m a sucker because yes, I ordered Too Faced Glow Job.

Their promise of an exfoliating formula that lifts away dull, tired skin and makes it smooth and radiant caught my intention. I promise, actually, I swear it wasn’t the glitter that sold me this time around.
