My Experience with Wet n Wild Perfectpout Bare To Comment Gel Lip Liner:
Packaging: Wet n Wild Perfect Pout Gel Lip Liner comes in a black twist-up slender plastic pen. The cap shows the colour of the lip liner, which is very useful. The cap closes with a click. The lip liner comes in a white box with the name of the lip liner and the ingredients list. The packaging of the lip liner is so lightweight and very travel friendly.

Texture and Application:  The texture of the lip liner is very smooth, creamy and gel like. The lip liner glides on my lips like a dream. The l...
