Hope you all are doing great. Ulta3 is one of the Australian drugstore cosmetic brands. With over 107 shades of nail polishes, 50 shades of lippies and a heap of eye and face goodies, we can pick a lot of budget-friendly products from this line. We can pretty much score anything from Ulta3 for under $10, which is a sweet deal. Today, I am going to review one of their Lip Pencils in the shade “Red Carpet”. Let’s get started.

Packaging: The Lip Liner comes in a typical color-coded pencil which needs to be sharpened when necessary. The pencil comes wrapped in a plastic wrapper. It doesn’t come with a sharpener, but we can’t expect that for the price they are offering.
