I had my niece and nephew at home yesterday and they were playing with my Disney hairband. I thought i might as well do a look around it today.
I played with some new makeup in my kit and pulled out some old favourites. It’s a mish mash of all things I love in makeup – fresh highlighted skin and bright bright lip. I hope you give it a shot!

For eyes , I did not want bare lids. I wanted a pop on lids too but something that would balance out the whole bright face makeup as well. I used a champagne gold eyeshadow all over the lid and a dark shimmer brown just on the corner of the lid. I skipped eyeliner instead used a dark brown matte eyeshadow on the lash line. For lower lash line I used the dark shimmery brown shadow just on the outer corner and a champagne gold on the inner corner. Finished off with beige eyeliner on waterline to make my eyes look big and lots of mascara to pull it all together. For cheeks I used an orange blush, a very light hand of bronzer for contouring and lots of highlighter on the high points of my face.
Lips I wanted to keep very bright. So I used a bright orange lipstick all over and then just a deep dark red just on the centre and blended the edges to make it look seamless.
