My Experience with Tarte Rainforest of the Sea So Fine Micro Liner:
Packaging:  This eyeliner is quite thin and lightweight. It does not have that weight to it which makes an eyeliner easy to grip and ergonomic. The slender body of the pen does take a bit of getting used to hold during application. The packaging even though it looks very cute with the colorful cap, does not reflect the high price.

Texture and Application:  This eyeliner has a very very short and fine tip. You can see just how small it is in comparison to my Lorac Pro Eyeliner. The short tip does take a bit of getting used to. You can make an...
