What you may not know is that Aran has struggled with anxiety, an eating disorder, and a gluten intolerance. Not exactly ideal for a pastry chef! In her new video series, A Cook’s Remedy, she shares?beautifully and vulnerably?how food has become the best therapy for healing old wounds and surrendering to the present moment.
