My Experience with Palmer?s Cocoa Butter Formula Ultra Moisturizing Lip Balm:
This lip balm comes in a rather unusual packaging. It has a twist-up mechanism. The packaging is very sleek and I like it. This is the original variant and it has white and blue accents. The twist-up mechanism works fine and the lip balm goes down completely. It can be easily thrown in your makeup bag or even in your jeans pocket because it is so sleek and flat.

Just look at how much lip balm there’s inside the tube! I was impressed because the tube looks really small but it has so much of product in it! The balm is clear and doesn?t give any colour to the lips. It just provides a nice sheen to the lips. The lip balm is very smooth to apply.
It has a very lightweight formula so you don?t feel like you have applied anything on your lips. It doesn?t feel greasy at all. It is creamy and smooth. It has a strong fragrance of cocoa butter which I don?t mind. It provides a lot of hydration to the lips.

It heals dry lips quickly and gives instant moisture to the dry lips. I use this below my liquid lipstick and it works fine. I just apply a nice coat of the lip balm, then do something else for 10-15 minutes and then wipe off the excess and then go ahead with the lipstick application.
