My Experience With Note Cosmetics Ultra Rich Color Eye Pencil 04 Marine:
There are about ten different colors in this range and only a few shades are available in India. I?ve purchased two shades of blue from this range. I liked how 05 Navy looked after application. It looked gorgeous as it had a very rich color pay off, just like it claimed. However, I wasn?t very happy with its staying power.
Before placing the order for these pencils I checked its official website and got to know about the different shades from this range. Among the ten shades there are three beautiful shades of blue. I liked the shade 04 Marine the most in the blue color range. I also liked 05 Navy, but if I had an option to choose any one, I would definitely go for 04 Marine. That’s because it has a pretty sheen to it whereas 05 Navy is more of a matte shade.
