Today I am going to review an essence from the Neutrogena Hydro Boost skincare range. I have been looking for a water-based moisturiser that will not add any oil to my greaseball face but give it the necessary hydration. So when I tested the Hydro Boost range, I was a happy bunny.

My Experience with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Essence:
Packaging: The essence comes in a blue-coloured plastic, pump dispenser bottle. The bottle looks big for a 30 ml product but it is quite travel friendly.
