My Favorite Fall and Winter Nail Shades
In the summertime, I’m all about a bright nail color. Give me all the oranges, pinks, and bright lilacs.
But come fall, as my wardrobe darkens a bit, I tend to avoid color altogether on my nails. I’m a bit more creative with my toe nail color, in fact I just chose a deep jade color the last time I was getting a pedicure and I really like it.
But typically, I wear one of these shades all fall and winter. They are easy, sophisticated and go with any outfit.
You Don’t Know Jacques – it’s the darkest I wear, and a rich warm grey with a hint of brown
Don’t Bossa Nova Me Around – This is a creamy light shade with the softest light purple hue
Don’t Sweater It – a sleek grey shade that’s cool with purple undertones Smokin’ Hot – a deep plum with grey mixed in to mute any vibrancy
Chinchilly – a soft and light grey that’s the easiest to wear
Touch up – the lightest of the bunch in a barely pink/purple neutral
Take me to Thread (not pictured) – a soft grey that has a touch of taupe
