My Experience with MUA Matte Liquid Eyeliner – Black:
Every time, I bought a liquid eyeliner, it has always turned glossy and recently, MUA launched a few products and when I saw Matte, I decided to pick it. It was like a Holy Grail to me The packaging is simple. It comes in a typical liquid eyeliner bottle with a twisted cap. The designs are kept simple too. The name is written on the cap and there is not much information on the bottle.
