Like I said in my earlier posts, I recently bought tons of Milani products and this is one of them. This is perfect for those who travel a lot and cannot carry too many makeup products along. This is a 2-in-1 brow and eye liner pen which is available in three different colours (only the brow part has different colours). I picked up the Dark Brown and Black combo because I have like jet black brows. Anyways, here are my thoughts on this product.

My Thoughts on Milani Eye Tech Define – 2-in-1 Brow + Eyeliner Felt-Tip Pen:
Packaging: The packaging is pretty good. One side has the eyeliner side and the other one is the brow part. The felt tip eyeliner is quite thin and the brow one looks like a calligraphy sketch pen.
