I have been using Marc Jacobs Glow Stick Glistening Illuminator for a few months now. It is a lovely cream highlighter that comes in this white twist-up tube with a cap. It comes in a very handy packaging and something you’d just slip in your purse and use it on the go. It is quite a unique highlight with both gold and silver highlight particles that can suit both cool and warm skin tones.

I have tried this highlighter a lot many times before I have come to write a review about it. It’s a cream highlighter and rather a sheer one. We are a generation of people who love their highlighters to POP. Well, this is not the one. It’s a very soft and sheer champagne coloured highlight and pretty much just gives that little glow to the skin.
I would say that I have grown to like this highlight stick but my first impressions of this one were not “wow!” With different tests and trials, I have come to start liking it. The first time I had used it directly on top of the foundation and it literally wiped out my foundation. Plus, I did not find it hygienic to use that way because the foundation literally rubs on the stick and it starts looking dirty.

With brush, there wasn’t enough oomph. But if you just dab it with your finger tip, it would give the prettiest glow to your skin without being over the top. Also, the shimmers are quite fine and blend in beautifully with the skin. I love using it on body directly...
