Makeup Revolution Essential Mattes 2 Redemption Palette Review
By Grisha Gupta
Hey everyone,
I wanted to have a new eyeshadow palette for a really long time. I already had one from Maybelline, but it was too glittery. I researched and researched, and was left confused between Makeup Revolution Matte 1 and Matte 2. With the help of fellow IMBBans, I bought the Matte 2 palette. Before I say anything more in the introduction, let me get to the review.
Product Description:
? Return of The Matte!
? Matte lovers here is the Return, Essential Mattes 2
? The Redemption Palettes deliver again 12 super-pigmented mattes, that are essential for your collection
Price:
Rs 1050 (but, I got it for 880)
My Experience with Makeup Revolution Essential Mattes 2 Redemption Palette:
It comes in a classic black palette that consists of 12 shades. The top is transparent and it looks really attractive. This palette can be easily be carried around in your bag while travelling. There is no mirror along with it, so for people who need a mirror too, might get disappointed. Also, the sponge applicator along with it is pretty useless; so use your own brushes for application.
Now getting to the eye shadows, the quality is pretty decent. For my first palette, I am happy. This palette is all matte. The shadows are not chalky at all. The only problem I have is with their color selection. A similar problem was there with the Matte 1 palette. The first few colors are barely noticeable. Instead of all four of them, we could have just managed with two of those shades...
