I was fascinated by the color I saw online. ?Celestial? is a shimmery sap green eye shadow with grey undertones. It was a welcome change from the pinks-browns-blues dominating the shadow market, and I welcomed it in my kitty. The shadow color is perfect for weddings and parties or some edgy eye makeup and would suit fair to dusky skin tones easily.
