Lakme recently launched three new lovely shades in their very popular “Eyeconic” kajal range. “Regal Green” and “Royal Blue” have been reviewed on the blog already, and today, I will be reviewing the shade “Turquoise.”

My Experience with Lakme Turquoise Eyeconic Kajal:
All the eyeconic kajals have the same packaging, you can spot them from a mile away. The pencil is retractable and pretty much convenient to use. The name of the shade is written at the base of the pencil. It is not color coded and is a bit difficult to search for in a stash.
“Turquoise”” is a pretty greenish blue kajal with silver shimmer. It is more green than blue I feel. The color is really pretty but not very intense. The color payoff is average. Two swipes are needed to get the complete color on to the lids.

Coming to the texture, it is exceptionally smooth and utterly soft and creamy. It just glides on the lids with ease; however, that makes it less smudge-proof. You know, you get one thing at the cost of another.  As far as the lasting power is concerned, it does stay on the lids for 6 hours provided you don’t touch your eyes often.

It fades away after 6 hours of wear. The shimmer does not spread and make a mess. The kajal is water-resistant but not completely smudge-proof, like I mentioned and that...
