This is the fifth shade in my stash from the new “Primer + Matte” range from Lakme. So far, I am very happy with the shades that I have picked up (Scarlet Surge, Maroon Mix, Crimson Cue, Brick Blush, and Ruby Rush). All the shades have some red or coral tone to them, but they do have browns in this range too. There are not many plums in the new 10 shades in this range, but still, I am eyeing the “Plum Pick” shade.

My Experience with Lakme 9 to 5 Primer + Matte Lipstick Brick Blush:
Again, I find the packaging quite nice to use. The shade selection in Lakme’s Primer + Matte range is so amazing. There is so much to choose from.

“Brick Blush” is a shade that I did not find to be very matte. It feels slightly infused with moisture and even the opacity is not as deep as the other shades. I find the need to build it up. So if you have dry lips, this is not much a pure matte.
