My Experience with L.A. Girl P553 Espresso Lip Liner:

The lipliner comes in a velvety matte sharpenable pencil form, which is black in colour. The pencil has a matte black cap that fits tightly and makes this lipliner pencil travel friendly. These pencils come with a colour-coded base that helps in shade identification from stash during rush hours. Espresso is a true brown shade, which is absolutely matte and does not contain any sheen or shimmer at all.
There is a very slight difference in the shade Cappuccino and Espresso. The lip liner comes with decent pigmentation. The texture of the lipliner is drying. It is soft, but it is not velvety smooth. It does not glide smoothly on the lips. There is a huge tugging and pulling of the lips while applying this lip liner. The formula is not at all moisturizing and hydrating. The lipliner clings to the dry patches of the lips, so prepping the lips is advisable.
