It’s a prerequisite that all card-carrying cool teens must assert their cool-teen status with a tattoo or ten. Kylie Jenner knows this better than anyone, which is why she headed to West 4 Tattoo in Manhattan over the weekend to add a fourth to her collection.
The 18-year-old star and her BFF Jordyn Woods opted for mysterious matching “M” finger tats, which some speculate is a tribute to Tyga, whose real name is Michael Ray Stevenson. But simply getting a tattoo is not enough, when you’re as cool as Kylie Jenner. One must also give a tattoo, because why the hell not" Tattoo artist JonBoy (a man named JonBoy!), the recipient of said tattoo, was more than happy to oblige, and Kylie documented the process in a series of Snapchats. All very cool and fun, except for one thing: As the NY Daily News pointed out, giving someone a tattoo without a license is a violation of the city’s Department of Health and Hygiene Code, and could get the parlor fined or shut down. Uh oh!
