My Experience with KleanColor American Eyecon Wet Dry Baked Eyeshadow Pearl:

This eye shadow comes in a black and transparent plastic packaging. The transparent lid makes it easier to identify the eyeshadow. It opens and shuts with a click. The lid isn?t that sturdy and looks slightly flimsy. It wouldn?t survive a fall. The overall packaging, however, is travel-friendly and sleek.
The shade ?Pearl? is a white shimmery shade sans the pink reflex. It has white shimmers which are finely milled. You don?t feel the shimmers. It is poorly pigmented if used wet. You hardly get any color. Only the shimmers transfer. If you apply wet, that?s when the color pops up.

I?m not a big fan of the texture. It?s baked, I get it! So, the powder should be soft enough! But, it?s not! It?s chalky. There is a bit of fallout since you have to rub the brush or fingers on the dome of the shadow so much. Also, it isn?t that blendable; it takes a lot of time to blend and doesn?t show up that well on the eyes.
