This is the second eye liner (check the other here) I purchased from the brand J.Cat Beauty. I know most people are a bit skeptic about this brand because most products are priced below $5 and considered cheap but they neither appear not behave like a cheap brand and are worth the spend. I have a bunch of black eye liners and a few colored ones but I do not wear the latter that often because they don?t blend well with regular, everyday makeup; however, I have made an exception in this case because I absolutely love it. This eye liner resembles Essence gel liner in packaging and performance ? both are in the twist up pencil form and perform really well; however, the J.Cat eyeliner costs more than twice the Essence eye liner.
