My Experience with It?s Skin Power 10 Formula WH Effector:
I bought this product a few months ago mainly to treat my post-acne hyperpigmentation. I was searching for products and found that the ingredient “arbutin” was effective. Then, I searched for products with “arbutin” and found the series of effectors from the brand “It?s Skin.”

This WH effector contains arbutin and chamomile flower extract. It also contains licorice root extract though that is the last one mentioned in the ingredients list.
