It is not only good for digestion of food, but it is extremely beneficial for your skin and hair as well. Many experts believe that yoghurt is the perfect tonic for your hair as it helps prevent hair loss and boosts hair growth. It contains good enzymes and proteins which help to strengthen the roots, moisturises the hair and also boosts hair growth. Yogurt contains good antibacterial agents which relieve irritation and itchiness on the scalp.

So, here are some ways how you can use yoghurt for hair growth.
1. Curd, Henna Powder and Curry Leaves Powder: Curd contains good enzymes which strengthen the hair follicle. Curry leaves contain antioxidants which prevent hair fall and promotes hair growth. The henna powder contains moisturising ingredients which help to keep your hair supple and hydrated. So take one bowl of curd and add two spoons of curry leaf powder and henna powder. Mix them together and apply on the scalp for 40-45 minutes. Rinse off with a mild shampoo and repeat the remedy 2-3 times in a week.
2. Curd and Egg Mask:
