Since Thanksgiving is the Cheat Day of all Cheat Days, it goes without saying that your skin definitely feels the effect. No big deal, you can totally snap back and it’s easier than you think. Here’s what you’ll need:
A DEEP CLEANSER
Before you grab a mask or any serious skin treatment, start with a deep cleanser. This may be something that’s a bit too harsh for daily use but works best when prepping your skin for hydration. Too much sugar (ie slices of pumpkin pie) can cause clogged pores which leads to breakouts.
