For those who came in late, let me explain the concept again. Setting powder is a powerful type of makeup powder which locks the concealer and foundation in so that there are no creases on the skin. 1. Apply Foundation:
The first important step is to choose the right type of foundation for your skin type. Also, you should choose the best type of foundation according to your skin tone. If you are one with sensitive skin, you should opt for foundations which suit sensitive skin.
