Hard Candy has launched a lot of new products in their makeup line. Some products are totally new and some are an extension of their current line. The lipstick that I am going to talk about today is the Hard Candy Plumping Serum Gel Stick in Desired. This lipstick is a new addition to the existing line of lipsticks.
