H2O Targeted Care Hand and Cuticle Scrub Review
I have eternally dry hands and over the years I have realized that a hand cream is not enough to keep them moisturized; hence I always used an extra dollop of body scrub to scrub my hands. When I bumped on to this product, I wanted to give this a try as this was something new to me. Read on to know how it fared for me.

My Experience with H2O Targeted Care Hand and Cuticle Scrub:
The scrub comes in an inverted tube packaging. The body is matte and ombre grey in color. The cap is translucent white and shuts with a click. It is not too travel friendly but if you are actually keen on carrying this along, there would be no spillage for sure. Details about the product are mentioned at the back of the tube. The texture of the scrub is thinner compared to regular scrubs. A coin sized amount of the product is enough for both hands. It works well on both dry and wet hands. Due to the slightly liquid consistency, it is not really necessary to wet the hands before scrubbing. The granules are super grainy and works as a heavy duty scrub for the hands and cuticles.
After massaging for a while, when the scrub starts feeling a bit dry, I add a bit of water and continue the scrubbing process. I keep repeating the water addition as long as the scrub feels comfortable. On washing away the hands feel super soft and smooth. I would not say it adds moisture, but does not dry the skin also.
