My Experience with Forever 21 Refreshing Blotting Paper:
These oil blotting sheets come in a pretty, thin, baby blue cardboard case. The front has cute sea creatures on the front. It also has a tab on the front with a slit for closing it down. It has a compact rectangular packaging. The back of the packaging has all details such as product description and price. At a time, a single sheet can be drawn from the case. The packaging is quite sturdy and is appropriate for traveling. It is not very easy to pull out a single sheet in the beginning; it takes some time to get used to learning.
The oil blotting sheets are almost opaque and are quite thin. They have the same colour as the cardboard case. They are not fragile, but do crinkle while removing from the case. These are also quite shiny to touch.

Even though these have been described as ?refreshing? oil blotting sheets, there is nothing refreshing as such except for the blue colour. These are ordinary sheets. I picked these up because I do not like carrying handkerchiefs because using them more than once is unhygienic. Moreover, I do not like re applying compact or loose powder on my face as it may tr...
