1. Smooth Forehead Yoga:
One of the easiest ways to get rid of the wrinkles from the face is by practicing smooth forehead yoga. In order to do this yoga, you need to widen your eyes and expose it as much as you can. Do this for as long as you can and hold this position for 60 seconds (1 minutes). Practice this every day to relax your eyes and also to get rid of the wrinkles. Your eyes might water while performing this exercise, but don?t worry as watering of eyes can help to remove the toxins from the eyes. 2. Puff Your Cheeks:
