We have all seen these Essence cosmetics quads around. This brand reminds me of our very own Elle 18 brand -affordable and worth the price. There is a lovely display of this brand at Wilko, UK where you would also get many new launches like their gel nail polishes. This taupe shadow was of course bought in India, online. It has all wearable and usable shades for every day in this quad, and that’s why I thought it deserved to be picked up.

My Experience with Essence Quattro Over The Taupe Eyeshadow:
This quad can be perfect for office or day wear where you just want to wear a soft smokey brown eye makeup. The white in it is a great color to clean up the dark edges of the shadow. It feels very soft and could be used on the brow bone too but has no highlight to it. The browns in it are super nice. The darker brownish black is perfect for your crease or outer V or you could use the brown for crease and the darkest shade for outer V. It has to be built up but the pigmentation is above average, not thoroughly bad. You will need a primer for it to be darker, of course like all other drugstore quads.
