DIY Peanut Scrub for Soft and Glowing Skin
Hey ladies,
Since monsoons tend to make our skin dull and lifeless, you need to use a nice pampering DIY remedy regularly. My doctor has asked me to consume peanuts during pregnancy as it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. That’s how I started using peanuts for my skin too. This peanut scrub is rich in Vitamin E and antioxidants and is excellent for this season. So let’s begin with this DIY scrub.
You need:
? Peanuts
? Instant coffee
? Some water
? Empty bowl
? Spoon
Procedure:
Step one:
Take a few grams of peanuts and grind them to make a fine powder.
Step two:
Take about one and a half teaspoons of peanut powder in an empty bowl.
Step three:
Add half teaspoon of instant coffee powder to the peanut mixture and combine both the ingredients well.
Step four:
Add two tablespoons of water to the coffee and peanut mixture and make a fine paste. You can use honey to mix this paste for sensitive skin.
Step five:
Use this paste as your gentle scrub. Massage your damp skin with it for a few minutes, leave it on for around 10 minutes and then wash off with water.
