Diwali Special Makeup Tutorial – Gold Winged Eyeliner with Bright Lips

Wish you all a very happy Diwali. The entire country is celebrating this festival of light and I just love the festive vibes. Diwali not only brightens up our house it also brings fresh light into our lives as well. In Bengal, we celebrate it as ‘Kali Puja’ and we love to decorate our homes. This traditional makeup look goes with all outfits. Let’s get started.
Face:
I started with my face makeup this time. I first moisturised my face well and then used a primer to fill up the pores. These steps made my skin smoother. After that I applied my foundation with a blending sponge.
I mixed two drops of argan oil with my foundation for dewy finish. I also used a cream contour to contour my face and used a highlighting concealer under my eyes, on the bridge of my nose, and just below my contour to brighten up my face. Next, to set everything, I used a compact powder and blended everything well smoothly.
Next, I used a bronzer to contour my face and applied a natural-looking pink blush on my cheeks. After that, I also applied some beige highlighter on the highest parts of my face. To set everything well, I sprayed on some face mist and dabbed my makeup to set it.
Eyes:
Step 1:
On my eyes, I first put a tape on the outer corner. This trick helps to get a sharp eye makeup look. After that, I applied a reddish pink shadow on my crease to define it well and blended it smoothly with a round blending brush.
