My Experience with Deborah Milano Wet And Dry Ombretto 24ore Velvet Eyeshadow 26:
This shadow comes in a simple and sweet solo case, with some pattern on the shadow itself. It also comes with a simple sponge tip applicator which can come in handy many times. The shadow is a shimmer shadow.
This is a shiny metallic and light reflecting shade and it works for the lids to brighten them. It works amazingly for under the brow bone area. It works fantastic for highlighting the cheek bones and the bridge of the nose. The shadow is super smooth to touch, it feels so smooth that if you pack on too much, it feels slightly crumbly. It is not powdery at all and there is minimal shimmer fall out.
