I had reviewed a shade similar to this one (Deborah Milano 07) recently. This pink is even lighter and milky pink than the 04 one. Warm skin tones can wear this lip gloss on top of lipsticks. For pale and very fair skin, 07 shade can be a wash of pink on its own.

My Experience with Deborah Milano 07 Pretty Pink Glossissimo Lip Gloss:
This lip gloss comes in a cute tube, it’s color coded too. The color of this gloss is a very cool-toned milky pink. So for very light skin, this could be a nice doll pink. For warm skin, this cannot be worn alone on its own because this would completely wash you out.
