I love the Ultra Satin lip formula from ColourPop and today, I will be reviewing the shade “Mess Around” from the same range. So, let’s see how this shade fared.

Product Description:

Mess around down town in this mid-tone greige. A creamy, bold lipstick with a satin finish. This formula has the same high percentage of pigments as an Ultra Matte Lip but contains emollient ingredients for added moisture, keeping lips looking fresh and feeling super comfortable. Though

this lipstick is super long-wearing, it is not completely kiss-proof and does transfer.
My Experience with ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip Mess Around: Packaging: The packaging is a standard clear tube with holographic writing on the side which mentions ColourPop Ultra Satin. The side of the tube specifies the name “Mess Around.” The tube has a silver cap. The applicator is a standard doe-foot type. Overall, the packaging is lightweight and travel friendly.

Texture and Application: The texture of this liquid lipstick is a bit mousse-y and liquid-y. The main difference between ultra-matte and ultra-satin is that the ultra-satin formula doesn’t dry completely matte. It dries velvety matte within a few minutes once you apply it on to the lips, so if there are any errors during application, you can easily correct it.
