ColourPop eyeliner come in two forms – Gel Pot and Gel Liners. The eyeliners come in two finishes ? Matte and Metallic. I personally find that the gel liners way better than the gel pots. The ColourPop gel liner comes in a twist-up white plastic pen with a white cap. The side of the pen has ColourPop written on it in golden letters. The product comes in white cardboard box. The packaging is very light weight and travel friendly. The pen is super slender and sleek, which makes the storage easy.
