My Experience With City Color Francesca Be Matte Lipstick:

The City Color Be Matte Lipstick comes in a cuboid packaging with a transparent cap. The body of the lipstick is quite chic; it is matte black and has the brand name along with the shade name. Since it has a transparent cap, it is quite easy to spot the shade from the stash. Although the transparent cap is chic, the color from the lipstick transfers to the inside and makes the lipstick case messy. The cap closes down with a click and does not open easily making it travel-friendly.
