In the recent past, a lot of liquid lipstick products have come in the market. Catrice also introduced in liquid lipsticks 2015 and here is one from the collection.

I would define Shine Appeal Fluid Lipstick as a strongly pigmented lip gloss. I am not a lip gloss person but wanted to give the fluid lipstick a try. This happens to be my first fluid lipstick.
