My Experience with Bebe Young Care Tender Rose Lip Balm:
The packaging is just like any other lip balm packaging. It comes in a twist up tube. The tube works fine and there is no product leakage when moved up and down. The cap of the tube fits perfectly and also stays tight when closed. The product, along with the packaging, is pretty handy and can fit easily into handbags or clutches, or even jeans pocket.

The product is travel-safe. My twist tube is a little wobbly at the bottom. It seems like a manufacturing defect of just this tube. I was my bad luck that I ended up picking a faulty piece.
