Eat three meals daily
Eat proper meals and don?t skip any. Skipping meals can make it hard to get the variety of foods and nutrients you need for good health and metabolism. Whereas, if you eat three proper meals at the same time every day you will have lesser cravings for junk food and your appetite will be satiated for a longer time.
