Once a week hot oil treatment can do wonders for the overall health of your hair. You can use olive oil or coconut oil to do this. You can also go for concoction of 2-3 oils for added benefits. Just warm a little and apply it gently onto your hair thoroughly from scalp till hair ends. Let it sit for 30 minutes before you shampoo and condition your hair. 3. Don?t shampoo every single day:
If you are shampooing too often, then that may lead to stripping up off natural oils present in the scalp which in turn makes the hair frizz prone. Always use shampoos with gentle formulas to remove the dirt build-up from the scalp.
4. Protect your hair:
Weather and pollution can create havoc on the hair and give you frizzy tresses. Try to cover your hair with a scarf or a hat when you are out in the sun for longer hours. Also, if you swim, always wet your hair in a shower first, and that will help to stop the chlorine in the water in a pool being absorbed by your hair.
