Admittedly on paper this may read a tad dry as a subject matter but I can assure you that it is a fairly light, entertaining and all together fascinating and educational read. For complete transparency I will quickly state that there are elements of this book that I don't personally agree with - some of it can lead a tad scaremongering, however I did appreciate that this is an insightful and helpful guide to not only what goes into the majority of beauty products in terms of ingredients but also as to why they are typically included.
