3 Oribe Products Under The Spotlight
I really didn’t want to like Oribe. I wanted to find it overrated and the Emperor’s new clothes of the haircare world. This is because it’s more expensive than even most premium ranges and I like to think that just because something costs a lot it doesn’t mean it’s the dog’s bollocks. However, and you can probably guess where I’m going with this, the truth is I LOVE the products that I’ve tried so far. I would go as far as to say it’s the best haircare I’ve ever used.
I was given a sample of the Glaze for Beautiful Colour and the Imperial Blowout Transformative Styling Crème and was so impressed by them I went out and bought the Dry Texturizing Spray, a product I’d been debating getting for a while due to it’s cult status. All the Oribe haircare products have a signature complex consisting of watermelon, lychee and edelweiss flower extracts which generally protect hair against all the things that are detrimental such as photo-ageing, oxidative stress and natural keratin depletion. The products also contain the same light signature scent, Cote D’Azur, which includes Italian bergamot, pink lemons, white peach, cassis, muguet, apples, leafty greens, cedarwood, white amber and musk.
The Glaze For Beautiful Colour is a once a week treatment that you use after shampooing and in place of conditioner. It’s for all shades and basically makes hair gleam with health. I’ve quite recentl...
