If Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Touch Hand Cream ($15) had a superpower it would totally be its scent. This stuff is crazy strong! Whoa! You can slather some on and your hands will smell like the fragrance of Bum Bum Cream all day. See what I did there" Yeah. You gotta evoke your inner teenage boy to enjoy that one.
No but seriously, this stuff is super scented. I wish the fragrance mist was as long lasting and lingering! A small amount applied to my hands will literally last several hours well after application.

The thing is this isn’t really a great pick if you’re sensitive to fragrance but if you like Sol de Janeiro signature scent you’re bound to enjoy it. How does one even describe that scent" Some people call it the scent of Summer, others smell suntan oil, for me it smells like an exotic pistachio ice cream. The brands says it contains notes of pistachio and salted caramel scent. But it’s so much more. It’s a very tropical, sizzling hot fragrance that has so many elements going on. Is it tanning oil" Is it caramel" Vanilla" I know there’s a certain nuttiness here for sure. The hand cream has a lightweight texture that provides a nice deal of moisture without being greasy or oily. It hydrates my dry hands quite well plus as I said the scent just lingers on and on and on and on….!
